Bonnie Ruth Harlan

BONNIE RUTH HARLAN, age 80, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 5:45 a.m. at Signature Health Care.

She was born on November 20, 1936 in Fayette County to Raymond and Mary Wilson Huff. She was a 1955 graduate of Jeffersonville High School. Bonnie was a licensed STNA and had worked for Heathergreen II Nursing Home in Jamestown for several years. She attended the Crossbridge CCCU in Grove City. She enjoyed karaoke, fishing, crochet and cooking.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister in law, Russell and Rosalind Huff and sister and brother in law, Linda and Leffel Davis, two nephews and one niece.

She is survived by her children, Raymond Harlan, Tammy Harlan, Dennis (Jacque) Harlan, Jeff (Wanda) Harlan, Christopher (Tracey) Harlan, and Jami Harlan (David Barrett); grandchildren, Brandi Harlan, Adrian Harlan, Emily (Tommy) Potter, Josh (Crystal) Young, Adam (Macie) Harlan, Chad (Brandy) Wolfe, Heather Wolfe, Josh Cromer, Christie Cromer, Codie Cromer, Bryan Harlan, Rebecca and Amanda Barrett and 17 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her canine companion, Reese.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Dee Davis and Rev. Jeff Harlan officiating.

Friends and family may visit from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
