Judy Marie Miller

JUDY MARIE MILLER, age 66, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 12:54 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel Medical Center

She was born on December 6, 1951 in Chillicothe to Elba and Marie Eblin Seymour. She was a graduate of Chillicothe High School and had also attended Ohio University for two years. She had attended the Heritage Memorial Church and the Rose Avenue Community Center. She enjoyed watching television.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Jeannie Marie; brothers, Arnold and Warden Seymour; and her sister, Shirley Hurles. She is also preceded in death by the father of her children, Walter Edward Miller Jr.

Survivors include her children, Douglas (Melinda) Miller, April Estle and fiancé, Jimmy Pratt, and Heidi Miller and her special friend, Tim Robertson; grandchildren, Amanda, Nick, Ashley, Jonathan, and Keaira; several great-grandchildren; siblings, Randall (Barb) Seymour, Beverly Seymour, and special friend, Ralph Taylor.

The memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Tim Robertson. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service.
