Delores Jo Belles

DELORES JO BELLES, age 71, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 9:23 a.m. at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.

She was born on December 16, 1946 in Greenfield, Ohio to James Louis and Marian Delores Wallace Wise. Delores started helping her parents at their family owned Mini Bar on St Rt 41 at a young age. She worked until her retirement in 2001 at Armco Steel in Washington CH. Delores had recently given her life over to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining, traveling, and being with her family and grandchildren.

Delores was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughter, Teresa Jo Hagler.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Neil Belles, whom she married on May 8, 2001; her son and daughter-in-law, Randy (Angie) Fisher; son-in-law, James Hagler; grandchildren, Amber (Mike) Hauck, Angela Nicole Lawwell, Chase Lawwell, Lyndsey Lawwell, Megan Marie South, and Joshua Alan Morris; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Hauck, Carlee Hauck, Havanna Lawwell, and Jerzee Lawwell; and siblings, James (Linda) Wise, and Tanya (Craig) Helms. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Wise officiating with burial to follow at the Hidy Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
