Howard E. Riley

HOWARD E. RILEY, age 71, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Catherine’s Manor.

He was born on November 29, 1947 in Greenfield to Kenneth and Imogene Flowers Riley. He had worked at the Home Restaurant in Jeffersonville for several years and also in maintenance at Stop 35. He had spent all of his life in this area. Howard attended the Maple Street CCCU. He enjoyed coin collecting, cam cording and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Riley, sister, Lavonne Jackson, and sister-in-law, Beverly Riley.

Survivors include his children, Larisa Taylor, Melinda Riley and Kristopher Riley; seven grandchildren; siblings, Gary Riley, David (Jennifer) Riley, Carl (Sonya) Riley, Joey (Linda) Riley, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

A committal service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at the Bloomingburg Cemetery.
