AMBER DARLENE LEASURE, age 42, passed away gracefully on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at The Ohio State James Cancer Hospital.

She was born on September 7, 1981 in Anchorage, Alaska to Dixie Darlene (Whited) Pettit. Amber, more commonly known as "Sissy" or "Aunt Sissy" was an incredible woman, wife, mother, sister, and friend. She was always smiling and loved being around her family and pets. She was a faithful member at Grace Community Church in Washington CH, where she spent many Sunday services with her family. She was an avid reader who read more books in a month than we could count.

She is survived by her husband, TJ Leasure; her three daughters, Morgan, Kelsey, and Mackenna; sisters, Hannah (Stephen) Templeton, and Lauren Frost; and her nephew, Jackson Templeton. Also surviving are many family members and close friends including, Mikki (Brandon) Lehr.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Grace Community Church, 525 Glenn Ave., Washington CH, OH 43160, on Wednesday evening, July 17, 2024 from 5-8:00 p.m. for anyone who would like to attend and share in celebrating the amazing life of our "Sissy."
