BARBARA ELLEN WILLIAMS-JORDAN, age 69, of Dayton, formerly of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 12:15 a.m. at the Stonespring of Vandalia Nursing Center. She was born on August 25, 1945 in Madison County to the late James B. Sr. and Carrie Strausbaugh Williams. She retired from Walmart of Dayton. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed sewing. Barbara is survived by her children Jackie (Patrick) Meek and Marty (Elizabeth) Jordan; grandchildren Justin Meek, Adam Jordan and Katie (Freddie) Mayberry; great-grandchildren Hayden and Kye; siblings James (Betty) Williams, Earl (Betty) Williams, Betty (Butch) Williamson and Richard Williams; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The graveside committal service will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Washington Cemetery.
