BART LEE LUTE, age 45, of Washington CH, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at his home. He was born on May 19, 1971 in Fayette County and was a 1990 Washington High School graduate. He had worked previously at both the Rest Area at I-71 and Walmart. Bart was also a member of the South Side Church of Christ and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan. He was involved in softball and bowling in the Special Olympics and lived life to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Tonda Lute Kelly III. Survivors include his mother Joyce Saxton Justice; his wife Betty Funk Lute, whom he married on November 15, 2000; two siblings Denise R. Taylor and fiancé Todd Williamson, and Kimberly S. Moore and fiancé Jeff Rogers, as well as aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the South Side Church of Christ, 921 S. Fayette St., with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
