BETHANY RUTH 'SAGE' THOMPSON MORENO, age 34, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on February 16, 2015 at Grant Hospital as the result of an auto accident. She was born November 20, 1980 in Galion, Ohio to Gary and Ele Demiter Thompson. She was a 1999 graduate of Huntington High School, a 2003 graduate of Mt.Vernon Nazarene University and later received her Master's Degree from the Ohio State University. She had been working as a Jr./Sr. High School teacher at the Columbus Torah Academy. She participated in the theater group "Imagine Productions" as a choreographer and as an actress and she enjoyed and taught ballroom dancing and cotillion rehearsals at A+ Arts Academy. She was taking RCIA classes at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She loved life and her smile could light up a room. Sage is survived by her husband, Julio Moreno Ledesma, whom she married on October 1, (Protestant wedding) and October 28, 2011 (Catholic wedding); parents, Gary and Ele Thompson of Circleville; siblings Rachel (Cory) Swinderman of Illinois and Jesse (Whitney) Thompson of Mt. Gilead; niece and nephews Carter and Emma Swinderman and Oliver Thompson; brother-in-law Miguel Moreno Ledesma as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. The family will receive guests on Sunday, February 22, 2015 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Circleville First Church, 436 E. Ohio St., in Circleville. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Throckmorton and Rev. Aaron Duvall officiating.
