BETTY JEAN BANKS, age 46, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 12:45 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel Medical Center. She was born on September 11, 1967. She was employed by Fayette Progressive Industries. She had a very close relationship with her caregivers, friends and house mates. She was known for her great sense of humor. She enjoyed orange soda and thoroughly loved watching her beloved OSU football team. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fayette Progressive Industries, 1330 Robinson Rd., Washington CH.
