Betty Ann Eddy, age 79, of Washington CH, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 1:05 a.m. surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 5, 1934 in Fayette County to Grant and Grace Rayburn Wolfe. She had worked at Moore's Hardware Store and also Pennington Bakery. She was a member of the New Holland Church of Christ.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her son Michael Taylor in 1992 and brother, Billy Wolfe in 2002.

Survivors include her husband Arthur Eddy; her son Roger and his wife Debbie Taylor; grandchildren Robert Taylor and Kathy Hendrix; four great-grandchildren and siblings Carol (Paul) Minshall and Trudy (Dave) Seymour.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation was observed. There will be no viewing or service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
