BETTY LUCILE NOEL, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 10:35 p.m. at her home.

She was born on May 24, 1942 in Scioto County to William and Helen Murshon Robinson. Betty was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed attending Bluegrass Festivals and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas Eugene Noel; and siblings, Ralph Robinson, Mildred Robinson, Floyd Robinson, Wayne Robinson, and Leonard "Joe" Robinson.

Survivors include her children, Dwayne Thomas Noel, Tracey Joe (Stacy) Noel, Mark William Noel, and Theresa Marie (Shawn) Groves; grandchildren, Linzi Noel, Alexandria (Dustin) Kinnison, Kareess Noel, Courtney Wells, Jadelynn Noel, Anthony Dailey, and Destanie Dailey; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings, Raymond Robinson, Ruth Hart, Herman Robinson, and Carolyn Stallman. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Washington Cemetery with Pastor John Pfeifer officiating.
