BEULAH L. HOWLAND, age 73, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 8:54 a.m. at Four Seasons of Washington Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born on August 4, 1946 in Fayette County to Lang and Wealtha (Seymour) McKnight. She attended Washington High School. Beulah worked as a housewife. She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, walking, and working in her yard.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ronald Howland Sr.; five sisters; and one brother.

Survivors include her children, Tracy (Charles) Barnhart, and Ronald Howland Jr. and his fiancé, Linda Bolton; grandchildren, Marissa (Daniel) Gilliam, Alaina Howland and her fiancé, Casey Jones, and Olivia Howland; great-granddaughter, Emmi Gilliam; siblings, Franklin (Kit) McKnight, Lang McKnight, and Virginia (Jim) Jarrell. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 1-3:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home. In keeping with her wishes, cremation will take place and interment will be held at the Washington Cemetery at a later date.
