Obituary
BILLY RAY "BILL" DUGAN, age 86, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 11:40 p.m. at the Adena Fayette Medical Center.
His earthly body was denied by the institution of higher learning at Wright State University but he was accepted to the throne of Heaven by the Blood of Jesus Christ!
