BILLY JOE PEPPER JR., age 48, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at 9:50 a.m. at his home.

He was born on January 17, 1965 in Fayette County to Billy Sr. and Bernice McKnight Pepper. He enjoyed playing rock music on his guitar, was an avid Brown's fan and enjoyed vintage muscle cars, especially his 1967 Cougar.

Billy is survived by his parents; siblings Jerry (Dreama) Pepper, Linda (Tim) Barr and Brenda (Chris) Russell as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor David Stulley officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
