Obituary

BONNIE LOU COY, age 54, of Washington CH, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014 at 1:14 a.m. at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on January 22, 1960 in Fayette County to Virgil Sr. and Laura Stubbs Martin. She had worked for more than 20 years at the former Case Convalescent Center as a nurse's aide. She was a Miami Trace High School graduate and a member of the Bible Baptist Temple Church. She enjoyed the great outdoors, her flower garden, spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved pets Pebbles, BamBam and Boomer Jr. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, three children at infancy, sister Darlene Forsha and her fiancé William Brown. Survivors include her children Richard Jr. (Tiffany) Coy and Crystal (James) Saxour; grandchildren Abigail and Allison Coy; brothers Ronnie (Janet) Martin and Virgil Jr. (Ruby) Martin; father of her children Richard Coy Sr.; special friend Ralph Coy as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Temple, 4361 SR 41 NW, Washington CH, with Pastor Lyn Jackson officiating with burial to follow at the Bloomingburg Cemetery.
