BRANDY LYNN MERRITT, age 45, of Washington Court House, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at her home. She was born on July 12, 1977 in Fayette County and was the daughter of the late David and Becky Orihood Burlile.

Brandy was a graduate of Miami Trace High School, she had previously worked as a Nurse at Carlton Manor and was currently working in retail at both Roses and the Family Dollar Store. Some of her favorite activities included watching movies, murder documentaries and NCIS.

Survivors include her children; Dennis Merritt II of Weidman, Michigan, Michael Merritt and Ginny Merritt both of Washington Court House, her sister; Karla Burlile and her brother; David Burlile, Jr. Also surviving are three grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Cremation has taken place and burial will be held at the Washington Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
