BRENDA KAY BOWEN, age 60, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 1:03 a.m. at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

She was born on July 3, 1958 in Fayette County to the late Chester and Maxine Ligett Frazier. She was a 1976 graduate of Miami Trace High School. Brenda had worked in Home Health as a Caregiver. She had also attended church at The Gathering Place. She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, and going out to eat with her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Terra Bowen; brother, Steve Frazier; niece, Tonya Noble-Shupert; and special friend, Ron Dawson.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. at the Highlawn Cemetery with Pastor John Pfeifer officiating. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been observed.
