BRITTANY JO KIRK, age 30, of Leesburg, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at her home.

She was born on January 14, 1987 in Fayette County to James Kirk and Sherrie Jo Baughn Kirk. She was a 2005 graduate of Miami Trace High School and also studied Equine Science and Management at Laurel Oaks. She had most recently been employed by WCR Incorporated in Washington CH. Brittany had a passion for all animals but especially loved horses and her three cats.

Brittany was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Barb Kirk, and Reva Johnson, and grandparents, James and Jo Ann Baughn.

Survivors include her parents; sister, Brooke Leigh Stanley; son, Colton Jeffrey Patton; grandfather, Robert Kirk; niece, Jaylyn Stanley; nephew, Pierce Stanley; uncle, Richard (Tracey) Baughn; and special aunt, Sharon Baughn. Also surviving are several cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her family's wishes, cremation will be observed.
