CARL RAYMOND RILEY, age 61, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at 1:44 a.m. at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.

He was born on October 12, 1959 in Fayette County to Kenneth Dallas and Imogene Catherine (Flowers) Riley. He was a 1978 graduate of Miami Trace High School. Carl proudly served his county in the US Marine Corps. He was a long time employee at the Swifty Gas Station in Washington CH.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Kenneth Floyd Riley; siblings, Robert "Bob" Riley, Howard E. Riley, and Lavonne Jackson; sister-in-law, Beverly A. "Bev" Riley; and nephew, Timmy Schnieders.

Survivors include his significant other, Sonya Hope (Purdin) Riley; children, Summer Raine (Austin) Riley of Circleville, Garret Ray Riley of Washington CH, and Danielle Blanton of Columbus; siblings, Gary Riley, Dave (Jenny) Riley, both of Washington CH, and Joe (Linda) Riley of Portsmouth. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside committal service will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bloomingburg Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating.
