CARL C. RUGGLES II, age 65, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at his home. He was born on October 8, 1948 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Carl and Verna Lee Scarbury Ruggles. He had worked for United Van Lines as a trucker and also worker with heavy duty equipment. He enjoyed riding his Harley. Carl is survived his son Carl C. (Sasha)Ruggles III; grandchildren Carter and Avah; siblings Rodger, Wray, Linda and Nancy Ruggles as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends including special friend, Crista Creamer. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Eagles, 320 Sycamore St. of Washington CH. Arrangements are under the direction of the Summers Funeral Home.
