CAROLYN BYRUM, age 64, of Washington CH, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at her home with her loving family by her side.

She was born on June 27, 1960 in Orange County, California to the late Paul and Jane (Wilson) Rittenhouse. She was a graduate of Westfall High School. Carolyn spent many of her younger years working for her family's restaurant and catering business but primarily, she devoted herself to her family. She enjoyed crafting, playing Yahtzee and Scrabble, spending time with her family and friends, and her grandchildren were her pride and joy.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her beloved son, Garrett Lee Byrum.

Survivors include her children, John Taylor, and Ashley (Tom) Taylor-Bryan; grandchildren, Ashleigh Bryan, Khloe Taylor, Kasie Bryan, Aidyn Bryan, Alixavier Byrum, and Lillian Byrum; daughter-in-law, Heather Byrum; and brothers, Cliff Rittenhouse, and Dale Rittenhouse. Also surviving are nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
