CAROLYN LEE HENRY, age 76, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 11:36 a.m. at her home.

She was born on March 23, 1940 in Fayette County to Virginia Hudnell. She was a 1958 graduate of Washington High School and had worked at Sugar Creek Packing for 35 years.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother, her husband, James B. "Jim" Henry, whom she married on November 8, 1958, one grandson, Gunner Pence, brother-in-law, Gerald Henry, and nephew, Kevin Landrum.

Survivors include her cousin, Jack (Debbie) Oyer, and grandchildren; Angie (Scott) Pence, Laci, Jaxson, Walker, Zander, and Zoe.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Tillett officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery.
