CAROLYN SUE HOWARD, age 72, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the Adena Fayette Medical Center. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

She was born on July 8, 1953 in West Virginia. Carolyn was a housewife and stay-at-home mother. She enjoyed cleaning her house, tending to her flowers, playing computer games, and she loved watching her hummingbirds.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Brenda Cook.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband, Jeffrey L. Howard, whom she married on February 20, 2004; her son and daughter-in-law, Robert Lee, Jr. and Nicole Holland; and siblings, Joyce Cook, and Fred Collins.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
