CAROLYN JEAN STILLINGS, age 76, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 4:28 p.m. at St. Catherine's Manor.

She was born on April 16, 1941 in Fayette County to Everett W. and Ethel Wilson Yarger. Carolyn was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her four children. She had last attended church at The Gathering Place. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, and being with her family.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Jackie Yarger, Donald Yarger, Everett E. Yarger, and Ruth A. Short; and the father of her children, Wayne Robinson.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth E. Stillings, whom she married on April 4, 1986; her children, Richard Yarger, Rita Robinson, Julia (Bill) Tewksbury, Timothy Robinson; step-children, Randy (Jeanette) Stillings, and Wayne (Nancy) Stillings; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Roy Yarger, Kenneth (Mary) Yarger, Cathy Barr, and Pam Upperman. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The graveside service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Highlawn Cemetery with Danny Dodds officiating. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place.
