CAROLYN LEE TOPPINS, age 74, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 1:47 a.m. at the Signature Health Care.

She was born on June 11, 1942 in Fayette County to Leo and Mary Pavey Baughn. She was a homemaker, caring for many of her family. She enjoyed collecting elephants, going to yard sales and watching Westerns.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ralph Toppins, her son, Mark Toppins, daughter, Nancy Toppins, great-grandson, Leroy Toppins and brother, Tommy Baughn.

Survivors include her children, Orrin Roy Rogers and Perry Toppins; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; siblings, Nancy Lloyd, and Randy Baughn as well as several nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no viewing or service. Burial will take place at the Washington Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
