CHAD DAVID REMY, age 38, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015 at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. He was born on June 25, 1977 in Fayette County to George and Cheryl Seymour Remy. He enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, writing songs and poetry. He was very talented and witty and loved making people laugh. He was a Harley man. Chad was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his mother, Cheryl Remy; his children Lexi Remy, Amber Powers, Cierra Remy and Heidi Rae Remy; siblings Tiffany Remy and Kathy Hamill; his fiancé Misti Woodard as well as his canine companion, Sprout. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Justin Siler officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at the Pleasant Cemetery of Mt. Sterling.
