CHARLENE J. THOMPSON, age 62, of Good Hope, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 11:33 p.m. at the Mt. Carmel Medical Center. She was born on January 28, 1953 in Hillsboro, Ohio to George and Ada Pauly Ausman, both deceased. She enjoyed shopping for her great-grandchildren, reading, cooking, spending time with her family and her beloved pets. Charlene is survived her husband, David Thompson, whom she married on May 13, 1967; her children David (Tina) Thompson, Charles (Denise) Thompson, Crystal (Terry) Cox, Jeanie (Tom) Armstrong and Dawn Thompson; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; siblings Harvey (Judy) Ausman and Barbara (Elmer) Everhart as well as a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Andrew Johnson officiating with burial to follow at the Good Hope Cemetery.
