CHARLES "CHARLEY" BRYAN, age 64, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 7:21 p.m. at Mount Carmel Grove City.

He was born on October 14, 1954 in Fayette County to Harry and Icy Fitzpatrick Bryan. He was a 1973 graduate of Washington High School. Charley had worked at Crestar Foods for several years and retired from the Domtar Paper Company in 2013. He had attended the Anchor Baptist Church. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, fishing, vacationing, and being with his family and grandchildren.

Charley is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Mike Bryan; sister, Debbie Bryan Justice; special cousin, Walter "Punk" Wheeler; and sister-in-law, Barb Bryan.

Survivors include his loving wife, Donna Elaine Gardner Bryan, whom he married on August 25, 2012; son, Troy Bryan; grandchildren, Emily Bryan, and Ian Bryan; brothers, David Bryan, Kenny Bryan, and Fred Bryan; step-mother, Juanita Bryan; and his aunt and uncle, Billy and Mary Holly. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Summers Funeral Home to help cover funeral expenses.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Don Olley officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. Cremation will follow services and burial will take place at the Bloomingburg Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
