CHARLES E. "BUTCH" MOORE, age 66, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2014. He was born on September 5, 1947 in Fayette County to Russell and Helen Rose Moore. He was a Washington High School graduate and proudly served his country in the US Army. He had retired from American Tool and was formerly employed by Warner's Service Station. He was a member of the VFW Post #3762 and enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family. Butch was preceded in death by his parents and in-laws, Kenny and Eula Everhart. Survivors include his wife, Carol Everhart Moore, whom he married on July 29, 1979; his children Jonathan, Amber, Tony and Angel; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sisters Patty and Nancy as well as in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Warren Owens officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
