CHARLES WILLIAM STROUSE, age 80, of Washington Court House passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 12:45 a.m. in the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. He was born on August 9, 1941 in Fayette County to Ralph and Martha Davis Strouse.

Charles had worked at Pennington Bread and also worked at Calmar for several years. In his younger days, Charles enjoyed going bowling. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Ann Kimmey Strouse whom he married on July 19, 1971; grandson; Nehemiah Wilson; sisters; Betty (Dale Wilson) Harner and Ruth (Harold) Smith; sister in-law; Linda Strouse; in-laws; Harry and Virginia Kimmey; Roger Kimmey and Mary Kimmey. Survivors include his daughter and son in-law; Charlene (Mike) Wilson, grandchildren; Austin, Avery, Jacob (Makenzie Wise), Abigail, Elijah, Isaiah, Gabrielle and Lydia Wilson, brother; Robert "Sonny" Strouse, sister; Shirley (Sonny) Rittenhouse, in-laws; Jim Kimmey and Harry and Carol Kimmey.
