CODY SCOTT MOORE, age 38, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

He was born on December 21, 1981 in Fayette County to Philip Keith and Susan Ann Winters Moore. He had attended Miami Trace High School. Cody had worked in construction. He enjoyed being with Heather and his children, fishing, and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

Cody was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Virgil and Virginia Moore; maternal grandfather, Gene Winters; step-grandfather, Delbert Locey; and cousin, Jeff Henderson.

Survivors include his parents; his companion and mother of his children, Heather Marie Brown; children, Cody Scott Moore II, Bentley Michael Moore, Christian Lyle Moore, and Lillyann Marie Moore; siblings, Chad (Stephanie) Moore, Chana Moore, and Courtney Moore-Kinney; nieces and nephews, Blade, Chaddie, Trevor, Kyle, Colton, Cheyanne, Patience, Katrina, and Kassidee; maternal grandmother, Patti Locey; and best friend, Dustin (Shannon) Russell. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

A graveside committal service will be held at the Milledgeville-Plymouth Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
