COREY MATTHEW KEETON, age 30, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on March 16, 1993 in Springfield, Ohio to Ellis Earl Keeton, Jr. and Vickie Sue (Harmison) Howard. He attended Washington High School and lived most of his life in the local area. Corey was the only boy out of four children; his sister's described him as "Momma's Boy." He enjoyed being "goofy" and making people laugh, and he loved spending time with his daughter.

Corey was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Earl Keeton, Jr.; and grandparents, Ellis and Theresa Keeton.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Vickie Sue and Tony Howard; his daughter, Kenzley Grace Keeton; siblings, Tabitha (Darren) Harrison, Cortney (Jonathan) Pendergrass, Bethany (Brandon) Harper, Ellis (Charity) Keeton, and Josh (Jenny) Keaton; step-father, David Hooks; aunts, Jessica (Mike) Webb, and Sherry (Levi) Smith; uncle, Randy Harmison; cousins, Ashley Redding, Vanessa Webb, Austin Webb, Brandon Keeton, and Jonathan Keeton; grandmother, Dorothy Barnet; and special friends, Roni Allen and Mariah Horn. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 4-6:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home.
