CYNTHIA D. BAKER, age 42, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 10:42 a.m. at her home. She was born on November 26, 1973 in Madison County, to George and Loretta Smith Baker. She enjoyed being with her children, listening to music and watching television. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Sandy Baker and Ronnie Lyn Baker and brother, George Baker. Survivors include her husband, Larry Forsha; her children, Miracle Shiltz, China Forsha, Jazzmine Forsha and Connor Forsha; grandson, Bentley Shiltz, siblings, Loretta (Paul) Sweeney, and Richard Baker, as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating.
