DALE E. PATTON, age 68, of Washington CH, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at the Miami Valley Hospital as the result of an auto accident. He was born on May 30, 1947 in Springfield, to Honor and Lillie Litteral Patton. He was a 1965 graduate of McClain High School. He worked at Cincinnati Milacron until 1985 and retired from YUSA in 2007. He also retired as a volunteer firefighter from Concord Greene Fire Department. He enjoyed bowling for Tony's Barber Shop, golfing, tree trimming, weed eating, but most of all spending time with his family. Dale was preceded in death by his parents, brothers James and Richard "Dick" Patton. Survivors include his wife, Connie Wilson Patton, whom he married on April 30, 1966; his children Doug (Laurie) Patton, Brad (Kaleena) Patton and Penny Patton; grandchildren, Trevor Patton, Abby and Scott Hidy, Gracie Greene, Alex Patton, Keisha Garringer, Corrine Ryan and Baby Jake Patton, who is due in December. Also survived by sister, Margaret Alice (Pat) Sagar, sister-in-law, Lenora Patton, numerous nieces and nephews as well as his beloved dog, Lady. Also surviving are all of his special friends from the Our Place Coffee Club, Fayette County Government offices, Greene Township, Greg Tillis, Michelle Swintek, Treg Brown and Lindsay Jackson. Friends may call at the Crossroads Church on Sunday, September 27, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family at the White Oak Grove Cemetery.
