DARRELL DEAN WAGNER, age 82, of Greenfield, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Dayton Hospice House.

He was born on November 22, 1940 in Highland County to the late Ranson Thomas and Pauline Luella (Cruise) Wagner. Darrell was a longtime employee of the US Shoe Factory in Greenfield. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid fisherman.

In addition to his parents, Darrell was preceded in death by his siblings, Bob Wagner, Richard Wagner, Frank Wagner, and Mary Surber.

Survivors include his children, Lynnette S. (David) Hooks, Luke N. Wagner, and Pamela J. (Ben) Ingram; grandchildren, Jimmy Clark, Jessica Ingram, and Bethany (Brandon) Harper; great-grandchildren, Karson, Hazel, and Scarlett; sister-in-law, Helen Wagner; and his beloved canine companion, Rocky. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
