DAVID ALAN PUCKETT, age 68, of Destin, Florida, went to be with the Lord on January 28, 2023. He was born on April 24, 1954, to Chester Marlyn and Virginia Joyce Fry Puckett in Washington CH, Ohio.

David was an accomplished musician. He was a choir and orchestra conductor throughout the United States and spent over thirty years in China as a music professor. He touched and brought joy to many lives with his musical talents.

David is survived by his son, Justin; daughter, Katie; brother, Cliff and Mary Ann Puckett; nieces, Missy Puckett and Mindy (Tom) Stern; and extended family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Saint Simon's on the Sound Episcopal Church, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, on Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.

A local memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
