DEAN EDWARD MUSTARD, age 67, of Washington CH, passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018 at 9:52 a.m. at his daughter's home.

He was born on August 24, 1950 in Fayette County. He had attended Washington Senior High School. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and purchasing lottery tickets.

Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Marguerite Althouse Mustard, and one brother.

Survivors include the love of his life, Nancy Duncan; children, Cheryl Lynn Mustard and her friend, Robert Curnutte, Christina Rife, Paula Reid, and Donald Reed Jr.; grandchildren, Trevor, Destiny, Preston, Kristopher, Amanda, Cassandra, Terry, Meeka, and Justin; 17 great-grandchildren; as well as special friends, Dave, James J. Putney, and Jim Brown.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the Summers Funeral Home at 12:00 p.m. with Kathy Yoakum officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
