DEBORAH L. EVANS, age 70, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 2:50 p.m. at St. Catherine's Manor of Washington CH.

She was born on November 6, 1948 in Fayette County to James "Jake" and Lillian Juzang Evans. Deborah had worked at Fayette County Memorial Hospital and several other local Nursing Homes as a Nurse's Aide. She attended Rodgers Chapel AME in Washington CH. She enjoyed cooking, singing, and listening to music.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Jill Milan Jones.

Survivors include her brothers, James "Pete" Evans, Keith (Barbara) Evans, and Kim (Harriet) Evans. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Rodgers Chapel AME, 325 N. Main St., Washington CH, OH 43160, with Rev. Randy Lee officiating. A meal will follow at the Church for family and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help cover the funeral expenses.
