DENNIS LEE HALFHILL, age 57, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at his home. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on May 8, 1964 in Fremont, Ohio to Bobby Clayton and Helen Ruth (Ryman) Halfhill. He was a 1982 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. Dennis attended the University of Toledo and graduated from Columbus State with a degree in technology. Dennis had worked as a security guard and was also a dog showman and a top breeder of hunting dogs. He enjoyed the great outdoors and was an avid animal lover.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Gary L. Schnipke.

Survivors include his son, Robert P. Halfhill; siblings, Wanda K. Schnipke, Gary L. (Pam) Halfhill, and Kevin E. (Patricia) Halfhill; and the mother of his son, Anne L. Casey. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

The memorial service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pleasant Valley Holiness Church, 509868 Old Rt. 50, Londonderry, OH 45651, with Pastor Mark Rosser officiating.

A second memorial gathering with be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 1-3:00 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church, 300 Melmore St., Tiffin, OH 44883.
