DONNA JEAN GREEN, age 77, of New Holland, passed away at 6:18 p.m. on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the Ohio Health Berger Hospital in Circleville. Born on December 31, 1947, in Blue Island, Illinois, she is the daughter of the late Donald C. and Genevieve A. Atkins. On April 16, 2008, she married Thurman A. Green, who survives.

Donna was a graduate of the Fenger Academy High School in Illinois and retired from Mount Carmel East after twenty plus years of service. She enjoyed working puzzles, spending time with her grandchildren and was an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

In addition to her husband, Thurman, survivors include her children, Don (Maribel) Visage of Thousand Oaks, CA and Tracy (Dustin) Hoffman of Lancaster and her stepson, Huey Green. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Emilio Visage, Mateo Visage, Tyler Hutcheson, Brook Matthews, Kody Hoffman and Kaylee Green; and one great-granddaughter, Alaina Hoffman.

Along with her parents, Donna is preceded in death by her brother, Wes Atkins; her father and mother in-law, Gilbert and Opal Green and step son, James Green.

In keeping with Donna's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will hold a Celebration of Life in memory of Donna from 1:00p.m.-3:0p.m. on Saturday, March 29, at the New Holland Church of Christ in Christian Union with Pastor Dan Justice officiating.
