DONNA MAE QUINCEL, age 75, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 9:22 p.m. at the Zusman Hospice at the Ross. She was born on February 7, 1940 in Columbus to Robert E. and Marybelle Smeigh Fredrick. She retired from Sears Distributions in Columbus and also the Kroger Deli in Washington CH. She enjoyed camping, horses, traveling, Nascar, loved spending time with her grandchildren and her canine companion, Tink. Donna was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Paul D. Quincel. Survivors include her children Daniel (Theresa) Born, Deeann (Pete) Salvitti, David (Melissa) Born and Ted (Donna) Born; grandchildren J.J. Whitt, Rachel Estep, Daniel, Steven, Aubry, Kelsi, Samantha, Montana and Gus Born, Kayla McAwally and Danielle Meyer; great-grandchildren Ivy, Jennifer, Dallas and Charlie; her brother George "Butch" (Karen) Fredrick; nephews Rob and Michael Fredrick; great-niece and nephew Alethia and Nate; great-grand-nephew, Michael as well as her significant other, Larry Goolsby. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Pleasant Cemetery in Mt. Sterling.
