DONNA FAYE WEST, age 75, of Washington CH, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 2:40 p.m. at her home. Her death was sudden and unexpected.

She was born on March 30, 1946 in Fayette County to Billy T. and Emma C. (Knuckles) Wolfe. Donna had worked as a server at Ben & Joy's Restaurant in Mount Sterling. She enjoyed listening to old music, playing cards, cooking, and spending time with her beloved family.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virgil F. West, whom she married on April 9, 1995; and siblings, Jim Richards, David Richards, Jack Richards, and Billy Wolfe.

Survivors include her children, Teresa Gilmore, Lisa (Asif) Qureshi, Andy (Cassie) Graham, April (Jamie) Hobbs, and Jason Williams; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren; and siblings, Richard (Norma) Wolfe, Mary Dixon, Dean Wolfe, Emma Mae (Roger) Blair, and Donald Wolfe. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Pastor Brian Dunham officiating with burial to follow at Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
