Obituary
DOUG ANTHONY MITCHEM, age 49, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 11:49 a.m. at Fayette County Memorial Hospital.
He was born on June 10, 1968 in Madison County to the late David Allen and Roberta Jean Reay Mitchem. Doug had worked as a truck driver for several years.
Survivors include his children, Savannah Mitchem of Washington CH, and Samantha Mitchem of Greenfield.
In keeping with his family's wishes, cremation has been observed and burial will take place at the Washington Cemetery at a later date at the convenience of the family.
