EARL F. DUNN, age 88, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the Court House Manor Nursing Home. He was born on September 11, 1925 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio to Allen and Ethel Reub Dunn. He retired from Armco Steel after 30 plus years of service. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII. Earl was a 1943 Mt. Sterling High School graduate and had been a past member of the Fayette County Fish and Game. He enjoyed trap shooting, woodworking, watching Nascar and traveling to the Amish Country and Pigeon Forge. Earl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen Alspaugh Dunn, his grandson Cody Dunn and four brothers. Survivors include his children Dale F. Dunn and special friend Kay Robinette and Cheri (Tim) Bobst; grandchildren Ryan Bobst, Kyle Bobst and Tisha Dunn; great-grandchildren Gavyn, Abigail and Bailee; siblings Charlie (Doris) Dunn and Maryalice "Sis" Vannoy as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bloomingburg Cemetery with Ray Vance officiating.
