EDWIN LEE ROBINETT, age 85, of Washington Court House, passed away at 9:55 a.m. on Friday, September 10, 2021 in Chillicothe. He was born on May 14, 1936 in Fayette County to the late Lawrence Ray and Thelma Alice Long Robinett.

Edwin was a 1955 graduate of Washington Senior High School; he enjoyed harness racing and went to the Little Brown Jug every year. In 2001 he retired from Colonial Stair in Jeffersonville, Ohio where had worked as a Lumber Inspector and Yard Foreman.

Survivors include; his sister; Sylbia Butcher-Yahn, nephew; Jerry (Julie) Butcher, great-niece; Christy Butcher and great-nephew; Remington Butcher. He was preceded in death by his brother; Kenny Robinett.

A private graveside service for the family will be held and no public visitation will be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Summers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to your favorite charity in Edwin's name.
