ERIC TYRONE BAKER, age 69, of Jeffersonville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

He was born on March 6, 1953 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Robert B. and Hazel J. (Clay) Baker.

In addition to his parents, Eric was preceded in death by his son, Tyrone Patrick Baker; siblings, Sandra Moss, Robert Baker, Jr., Steven Baker, and Bishop Keith Baker; and nephew, R.W. Baker.

Survivors include his children, Tylan Andrew Baker of Washington CH, and Janee' Watson of Wilmington; ex-wife, Annetta Baker; sisters-in-law, Robin Baker of Jeffersonville, and Eva Baker of Georgia; and seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. He will be sadly missed by many.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Jeffersonville with Rev. James Smith officiating.
