ERIC NEILS HALL, age 62, of Washington CH, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2023 at The Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital. His death was sudden and unexpected.

He was born on June 28, 1961 in Fayette County to Robert Brock Hall and Marcella Faye (Duncan) Grooms. He was a 1979 graduate of Miami Trace High School and lived most of his life in this area. Eric was a self-employed and highly skilled mechanic. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and 4-wheeler and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother, Marcella F. Grooms.

Survivors include his loving wife, Mary Ellen (Weisenberger) Hall, whom he married on December 19, 1986; his children, Shawn (Angela) Hall, and Erica Hall; grandchildren, Bryleigh Carroll, Parker Hixon, and Gavin Darden; father, Robert B. Hall; siblings, Bobby (Renee) Hall, Wanda (Allen) Fultz, and Alex Hall. Also surviving are aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Eric was a very special man and he will be missed tremendously. He has left us a legacy of love and fond memories.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 1-4:00 p.m. at the Fayette Masonic Lodge No. 107, 118 E. Market St., Washington CH, OH 43160.
