FRANCES JANE (MOSSBARGER) CRAWFORD, age 75, of Washington CH, recently passed away after she had back surgery and had been hospitalized since November 16, 2020 with some complications. She managed to beat Covid-19 but due to some unforeseen medical conditions she gained her angel wings on Saturday, February 13, 2021.

Frances was a strong-willed woman; she was also an animal lover who very much adored her Pug, Sassy. Frances was a crafty person and enjoyed home décor. She loved playing online computer games and going to car shows with her husband, Jerry.

Frances was proceeded in death by her parents, James and Mary (Wilson) Mossbarger; granddaughter, Kayla Noel Rogers; and siblings, Norma J. Pendegraft, and James "Bud" Mossbarger.

Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 42 years, Jerry Ray Crawford; children, Larry Evans, Rhonda Bailey, Doug (Debbie) Noel, Brett Noel, James (Sheena) Crawford, Damon Crawford, Anita Crawford, all of Washington CH, and Dawn (Evans) Reilly of Florida; 16 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Lou Knisley of Chillicothe. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Washington Cemetery. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Friday morning from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

Those in attendance are asked to wear a mask or other facial covering and adhere to social-distancing guidelines.
