FRANCES KAY MORGAN, age 77, of Washington CH, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at the Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.

She was born on November 2, 1945 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Ben O. and Martha E. (Beymer) Martin. Frances was a wife and mother and stayed at home to raise her two children. She enjoyed playing bingo and going fishing.

In addition to her parents, Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel F. Morgan, Sr., and her longtime companion, Jack Williamson.

Survivors include her children, Samuel F. Morgan, Jr., and Jackie Morgan; grandchildren, Samuel David (Emily) Morgan, Stacey, and Heather; great-grandchildren, Kambriah, Riley, Kayden, and Jackson; and siblings, Joyce Dean, Sherry Martin, Debbie Martin, Alice Carlton, Amy Grothjohn, Ben Martin, Jr., Douglas Martin, Jerry Martin, and Kenny Martin. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
