FRANCES J. ROUTTE, age 72, of Washington CH, formerly of Marion, Indiana, passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 8:49 p.m. at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. She was born on January 28, 1943 in Marion, Indiana to the late Leroy and Lucille Daniels Oaks. She had worked at United Technical Corporation. She had been a member of the Holiness House of Prayer. She enjoyed puzzling, socializing, cooking and spending time with her family. Frances is survived by her children, Sheila (Dan) Rowland and Michael Routte; 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Leroy (Diana) Oaks, Jackie (Ron) Seacrest and Rhonda Oaks-Ray as well as several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Grant Memorial Park in Marion, Indiana.
